The San Luis Obispo County Health & Fitness Expo is coming to the Alex Madonna Expo Center, March 19 & 20.  This annual event will feature over 100 local health, wellness, and fitness professionals exhibiting their products and services. 

Free educational seminars, dance performances, and free medical testing will be offered. A 5k run will kick off the Health and Fitness Expo and is being held to benefit the Community Health Centers of the Central Coast Teen Obesity Prevention Program.    

The goal of the San Luis Obispo County Health & Fitness Expo is to provide a free forum for county residents to discuss their health concerns with local professionals and learn more about health and fitness options. The increased prevalence of obesity, diabetes, cancer, and other diseases cannot be ignored and this event is the perfect opportunity to encourage change in a positive direction.
