Pacific Eye, leaders in comprehensive eye care on the Central Coast, will hold an eye care health seminar at Kennedy Club Fitness next week with Dr. Rupert Chowins, who has been practicing Ophthalmology for more than 25 years. Seminar topics include: - Health - foods and vitamins that improve your sight, the best sunscreen for your eyes, smoking and your vision
- Fitness - hand eye coordination, reaction time, visual depth perception
- Daily Life - vision correction, including LASIK, daily contact lenses, and vision tips you can use at home and in the office
- General vision assessment
- Fun giveaways
Pacific Eye is combining its devotion to education and care to give the community healthy eye tips and vision knowledge that focus on safety, vision improvement and more.
