When Estrella Associates stepped up to complete and market four new homes in the heart of Atascadero, the longtime North County builder agreed to special sales conditions requested by the City of Atascadero. For the first 60 days of Santa Ysabel sales, two of the four homes in the new mini-neighborhood would be offered exclusively to current Atascadero residents or employees. A qualifying buyer must only produce proof of current residence and/or employment with a business, organization or government agency located in Atascadero.

The homes on Santa Ysabel are finely crafted and contemporary in design with two- and three-bedroom models available. Decorator details include granite countertops and travertine tile floors, elegant fixtures, quality cabinetry and fireplaces, energy efficient design, individual yards and separate garages. Priced from the mid $200’s, the homes are located just a few blocks from Colony Square, Atascadero’s Sunken Gardens, shops and the city’s future library.

Santa Ysabel offers homeowners views of surrounding hillsides along with the benefit of living in an established, well-maintained neighborhood. The “locals first” policy was established by the Atascadero City Council over a decade ago to help local workers and residents realize the dream of homeownership within their own community.
