Big Brothers Big Sisters and the San Luis Obispo Exchange Club will present their "Golf for Youth Charities Summer Classic" next month.

The 21-hole tournament will be held on Friday, July 23 at the Monarch Dunes Golf Course in Nipomo. Golfers will be treated to lunch, a variety of on-course contests, and post tournament awards social. 

The cost is $125 per golfer, and those who register by July 9 will also receive an additional free round of golf with cart at Monarch Dunes.

Proceeds from this event will support a variety of local youth organizations, as well as Big Brothers Big Sisters of San Luis Obispo County, which has been serving the Central Coast since 1995 and has matched more than 1200 children with caring adult role models during that time.
