Local fitness professional Sabrina Hansen of Rev, a San Luis Obispo fitness studio, is hosting a day-long fitness expo on Saturday benefiting the San Luis Obispo County Chapter of the American Red Cross.
Local fitness professionals will be on hand to donate their time and teach indoor cycling classes, Pilates classes and more on July 10 from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. at 755 Alphonso Street off Broad just south of Fire Station 1. Donations of $15 helps to support the Red Cross. Get fit, have fun and make a difference right here at home.
The San Luis Obispo County Chapter of the American Red Cross touches the lives of 20,000 county residents each year; teaches life saving skills; provides immediate assistance following house fires and other disasters, large and small; offers free disaster preparedness training; and supports military members and their families. Local donors ensure the continuation of local programs and services. The San Luis Obispo County Chapter is not a government agency and does not receive funding from the National Red Cross. Rev is a fitness studio designed for anyone looking to get a quality workout in 60 minutes or less. For more information on the Red Cross, visit www.slo-redcross.org.
