Vallartas Cantina Mexian Restaurant ribbon cutting Vallartas Cantina Mexican Restaurant celebrated its new ownership with a special ribbon cutting presented by the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce on April 14. 

Under new ownership, this Mexican-style restaurant is family-owned and operated and offers authentic Mexican Cuisine. It features daily lunch and dinner specials starting at just $5.55. Happy hour is daily from 4 to 7 p.m. Some of Vallartas' most popular dishes are its Chile Rellano and Chile Verde.
