Tap It Brewing Co. is a full-scale 10,000-square-feet production brewery located in San Luis Obispo. Tasting room hours are Monday through Wednesday by appointment only – call (805) 545-7702 to make an appointment – or Thursday through Saturday from 12 to 6 p.m. The tasting room is closed on Sundays.
