An extension of Novo Restaurant, Chow officially opened for dinner on Nov. 17 & Lunch on Nov. 23. Chow features modern Asian fare with a California twist, primarily focusing on Chinese and Vietnamese flavors with a hint of Korean and South East Asian Foods. The wine list features both European & local wines with plenty of fresh, light and crisp wines to tempt the palate and complement Chow's Asian Fare. Presented in a beautiful skylit bistro, Chow features local produce and fresh, bold flavors. Lunch 11 a.m. Monday through Saturday. Dinner 5 p.m. daily.
