The San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce welcomed ByScotti Gourmet Italian Panini and Winery Lunches to its membership with a special ribbon cutting ceremony on August 15.

At the foundation of each of ByScotti’s panini is a truly authentic focaccia roll originating from a secret recipe brought to this country by Scott’s Grandma Elena Carlone from Abbruzo, Italy.
 
They take great pride in serving everything they sell.They specialize in gourmet Italian sandwiches served on freshly baked focaccia bread and fresh "made to order" salads using the best local produce and irresistible biscotti.
