The Mortgage House, the leading local mortgage banker based on the Central Coast, keeps expanding its staff of loan originators to assist mortgage applicants with the best possible service and advice. Charlotte Storlie, vice president and Central Coast Division manager, announced recently that Fred Dellagatta is the most recent addition to the lending team. “He brings 14 years of experience as a loan officer, a mortgage broker, and a wealth of knowledge to serve potential homeowners or refinance clients, notably in the first step of pre-approval for a mortgage loan,” she says. She adds, “We appreciate his extensive background and the glowing recommendations from others in our direct lending field, and know that he will be an exemplary addition.”
Dellagatta has been licensed by the California Department of Real Estate since 1996, the last eight with a Real Estate Broker’s license. He fulfilled the licensing requirements with the new Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS #305914), which includes continuing education, State and Federal testing and an FBI background check. Dellagatta is a 33-year resident of San Luis Obispo County, a Cal Poly graduate and was known in the local horse world as a farrier and avid equestrian. He also has seven years' experience as a Personal Income Tax Preparer (retired), registered with the California Tax Education Council which gives him the additional knowledge to analyze financial statements.
Dellagatta works out of the San Luis Obispo office and can be reached directly at 805-788-4474 or online at
