Hannah Brown and Jonah Stepro recently joined the team at TekTegrity, one of San Luis Obispo County’s largest provider of Managed IT Services. Hannah Brown, previously at Transitions Mental Health Association, will be working directly with TekTegrity clients in her new role as account manager. Brown is now in charge of monitoring and ensuring that TekTegrity's client care and customer satisfaction remains to the company's high standards.
Jonah Stepro, previously in IT services at Family Care Network, is the new addition to the technical team as lead technician. In this role, Stepro is assigned his own set of clients and assists them with any of their computer, networking, server, software or server needs. This model of each client having their own lead technician is more efficient and creates higher customer satisfaction compared to other models. "We are excited to have Hannah and Johah join the TekTegrity team. Both of them are high caliber, technically apt professionals who are also very personable, which can be a hard combination to find," states Russ Levanway, CEO of TekTegrity. TekTegrity is an IT Strategies and Management firm based in San Luis Obispo. With a team of 25 employees, TekTegrity is the largest provider of Managed IT Services in San Luis Obispo County and services San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Kern counties.
