After a long day of work, it would be nice to relax in a quaint European bistro, sip on a nice glass of wine and watch as people pass by.

Granada Bistro offers precisely such an experience, and now at a discount price.

Beginning this June, the modest downtown bistro will offer each of their wines on their by-the-glass menu for just $5 from 3 to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday.

If you have visited Granada Bistro before, you know the magical experience it offers. If you have not, it is an experience not to miss.

Once you step through the door, it is like stepping into another world. The intimate atmosphere is set through dim lights, eclectic music and low chatter. Flip through the menus, which are set in vintage, hardcover books, to find your perfect pairing of wine and edibles.

Featured tapas for happy hour include Alemendras Fritas, olives, a cheese plate, and Charcuterie. Each plate is beautifully prepared and served on an ornate cake platter.

Granada’s extensive by-the-glass wine menu offers a wide selection of white, red, sparkling, and Sherry wines. The bistro also features delicious paninis made with local and organic ingredients, and Amy Bakes Cupcakes.

As with all of its wine, Granada’s by-the-glass menu features only imported wine from around the world. This allows guests a taste in their glass to match the ambiance of the bistro around them.
