Debra Silva of Paso Robles, general manager of the Staples store in St. Luis Obispo, was honored recently by Staples Inc. for managing one of the top stores in the country. The Staples TeamCARE Store of the Year award recognizes outstanding performance by store general managers and their teams.  The TeamCARE awards honor associates who demonstrate excellence in working together as a team to focus on Customers, Associates, Results and keeping things Easy.
