The Housing Authority of San Luis Obispo, RRM Design Group, city officials and community partners recently attended a groundbreaking ceremony for the Moylan Terrace residential project.

RRM Design Group was hired by the city’s Housing Authority to design the multi-family affordable housing project, which consists of 14 buildings with 80 units.

Each unit ranges from 797 square feet to 1,722 square feet. The project is a mix of income types from very low to low-to-moderate and also workforce income.

It is located on South Broad Street in the city of San Luis Obispo.
