History Center of San Luis Obispo County has been a member of the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce for exactly 20 years this month, and the Chamber would like to thank and honor the loyalty of this organization for its dedication and commitment to making the Chamber of Commerce the largest Chamber on the Central Coast. History Center of San Luis Obispo County promotes interest, knowledge and preservation of history and cultural resources of SLO County; maintain and operate County Historical Museum, Dallidet Adobe and Dana Adobe; collects documentary materials, photos and artifacts relating to SLO County from prehistoric to present; meets at various times and locations. The SLO County Chapter of the American Red Cross has been a member of the San Luis Obispo Chamber of Commerce for exactly 30 years this month, and the Chamber would like to thank and honor the loyalty of this organization for its dedication and commitment to making the Chamber of Commerce the largest Chamber on the Central Coast.
This charitable organization helps people prepare for, avoid and cope with emergencies. This is accomplished through Emergency Disaster Services and services to the military and their families. Life-saving techniques are taught in a wide variety of CPR, First Aid and Water Safety courses. Officers are elected in May.
