| Google recently announced plans to install its broadband networks in one or more trial locations across the country. The installation of ultra high-speed Internet could provide Internet access that is to 100 times faster than most San Luis Obispo residents currently have. Community support will be a major factor when Google considers the trial's location, and the responses from this survey may help strengthen the case for San Luis Obispo.
