The recently completed Chamber Business Sentiment Survey indicates that San Luis Obispo isn't the isolated little town that it used to be.
(Remember the signs years ago that said, "We don't give a damn what happens in Los Angeles"?) The global economic woes are affecting most local businesses; a majority say sales are down somewhat, but most don't expect to downsize their facilities or reduce staff.
