Cannon Associates is receiving statewide and local recognition for its outstanding work. President Michael Cannon was recently named recipient of the Medallion Award, Cal Poly civil engineering department's highest honor and the firm recently received the state association's Award of Merit for the Olde Towne Nipomo Design and Circulation Plan.

Steven Brian Webster, a Project Manager within RRM Design Group's Survey Department, recently achieved status as a professional land surveyor after successfully passing the California Professional Land Surveyor's Exam.

Lynette Jordan has been appointed Senior Vice President, Mortgage Lending, for FirstBank of San Luis Obispo. Jordan has 11 years of mortgage banking experience with an emphasis on community banking. Cuesta College has been awarded the Santa Barbara/San Luis Obispo Counties Small Business Development Center grant by the California Trade and Commerce Agency.
