2011 Citizen of the Year Award

The Citizen of the Year Award is given annually in recognition of outstanding and unselfish service to the community of San Luis Obispo.  Anyone may be nominated for the award, but only Chamber members may nominate.  The information you provide will help the Chamber Board in their decision process.  Only completed forms will be accepted.  You may attach additional information.

We ask that you please keep your nomination confidential so that feelings are spared should your nominee not be selected for the award.  The award recipient will be kept closely guarded until it is announced at the Chamber’s Annual Dinner on January 21st, 2012.

All forms due by 5pm on Friday, November 18th.
